Our receptions generally take place on a Thursday or Friday from 6 to 8pm. Your curator will work with you to pick a date that works best; we will suggest a date (usually the First Thursday within the exhibition dates), but we can be flexible if that date does not work for you.

Our Publicity Coordinator will create a Facebook event for your reception the month prior to opening. Please help us promote the event by sharing exhibition and reception information through social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.)

Littman + White will provide catering for the reception. We generally offer gluten free, vegan options, such as veggies with hummus, in addition to cheese and crackers. Because Portland State University has a contract with Chartwells, we can not serve food or beverages that are not ordered through them.
